With 13 Reasons Why season two currently in production, the show though it was about time to cast seven new actors to join the much loved cast.

According to Variety, the new members will have recurring roles in the show and are certainly not replacing any of the leads we’ve grown to become fully obsessed with.

So meet the seven newbies who you’re probably going to want to start following now:

Anne Winters as Chloe

She’s playing the beautiful “it” girl at the school and is the new head cheeleader. You might recognise her from FX’s Tyrant and ABC’s Wicked City.

Bryce Cass as Cyrus

He’s marked as an edgy and cynical troublemaker who is ‘an unexpected champion of the downtrodden’. It’s his first major role too, so that’s exciting.

Chelsea Alden as Mackenzie

She plays Cyrus’ sister and is unafraid to speak her mind, something which, yes, we can relate to.

Kelli O’Hara as Jackie

Hailed as warm, intelligent and an advocate for victims of bullying, we’re already obsessed with this character. Kelli has previously won a Tony award and stars in The Good Fight, too.

Samantha Logan as Nina

A track star with a secret is what high school dramas are MADE OF. Oh and she was in Teen Wolf so yes she’s one of our faves.

Allison Miller as Sonya

Here’s your ambitious young litigator who will no doubt be at the centre of the season twostoryline of Hannah’s parents suing Liberty High School.

Ben Lawson as Rick

Say hello to Liberty High’s baseball coach. You may recognise him from Modern Family and 2 Broke Girls. Also why did our PE teachers never look like this?
