The actress hinted the Netflix series would focus on the impact of Hannah's death.

Katherine Langford has opened up about what we should all expect from 13 Reasons Why series two and she's teased that we're about to see a deeper layer to her character, Hannah Baker.

While production on the Netflix series has wrapped, details of what the plot is set to include are pretty woolly. What we know so far is that it picks up after Hannah's death and explores the impact of her suicide on the other characters.

'Let's all get checking out 13 Reasons Why stars Katherine Langford and Dylan Minnette revealing why they love each other...'

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Katherine revealed: "You see a very different Hannah in season two. I would prepare fans not to expect the Hannah from season one for a multitude of reasons,

"This season has been really interesting for a lot of reasons. It's a different story than season one and I think that's a good thing. This season, we get to explore a lot more of the other characters and their journeys, which I'm excited about. As sad as it is, there is life after Hannah, and this season we get to see the effects it had on the people around her a lot more."

As for whether a third series could be in the works, Katherine suggested that - even if it does come about -she might not be a part of it: "It’s funny because I just wrapped and I think a lot of this season for me is about letting Hannah go."

For a little refresher on what we know about series two so far, Dylan Minnette has confirmed that the second round of 13 Reasons Why will centre around "recovery,"while Netflix tweeted that it would explore "the way we raise boys up into men and the way we treat girls and women in our culture — and what we could do better in both cases."

"It's naturally going to progressively get to a more emotional place, due to the nature of the story we're telling. I'm sure we're all heading in some dark directions again," Dylan hinted. "Ithink anybody would be surprised if we weren't."
