Selena Gomez has made sure that there will be a piece of 13 Reasons Why with her forever, after revealing her new matching tattoos with some of the cast.

The singer, who was the executive producer of the Netflix series, was hanging out in LA with co-stars Alisha Boe and Tommy Dorfman at the time, when the trio got a teeny tiny new inking on their arms.

They chose a simple black semicolon for the design, which represents a movement which gives hope to those suffering from depression, suicidal thoughts and addiction.

While if you’ve not already watched all 13 episodes, the show is based on high school student Hannah Baker’s suicide, and the series of tapes she leaves behind explaining her decision.

It's since been hailed an incredibly important series for both young people and adults to watch, starting a conversation that needs to be happening much sooner in people’s lives.
