A legal fight is ensuing between legendary rapper 2Pacs mother and his former label Death Row

The row is happening because Suge Knights record company is bankrupt and wants to use Tupacs unreleased songs to get it out of debt.

Afeni Shakur is now seeking an injunction to stop the sale taking place this month.

At its peak Death Row helped launch the careers of Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre and NWA.

However the label is now scraping around for 2Pac scraps to help it survive!
