5SOS's Ashton Irwin Calls Out Rolling Stone For 'Photoshopping' His Thighs
You might always be hearing about female celebs being uneccessarily photoshopped for fashion campaigns and magazine covers, but apparently it's not just the gals who have this to worry about and 5SOS drummer Ashton Irwin has called out Rolling Stone for allegedly giving his thighs a bit of editing on the band's recent cover.
While Ash might not be being totally serious about this one, he did post a close up of the image of his thigh from the cover saying he reckons the magazine's art team have slimmed down his naturally stacked quads.
The cover in question is a pretty intimate affair and shows Ashton and bandmates Luke Hemmings, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford butt naked with nothing but their hands to cover their goodies.
But apparently Ashton doesn't think the final image reveals the true nature of just how hench his legs are these days and he screengrabbed a close up of his thighs to tweet out to his followers.
"They made my thigh skinny, in real life my band calls be 'quad-zilla' lol," he captioned the pic.
Unfortunately Quad-zilla's personal trainer - who also happens to be the man we have to thank for One Direction's arm muscles - has some slightly harsh words of advice for Ash to remedy this one.
Still, it's nice to know that photoshopping or not, 5SOS fans reckon Ashton is pretty perfect just the way he is.
It's not the only thing fans had to say about the mag cover either and some thought it made Calum's naturally olive skin look a lot whiter than usual.
