50 Cent is being sued by his disgruntled ex-girlfriend who claims he wants to evict her and the rappers 10 year old son from their home.
Shaniqua Tompkins claims the Get Rich Or Die Tryin star- real name Curtis Jackson- promised to give her and their son a home but has wants it back.
The house at the centre of the legal battle is worth a whopping 1.2 Million- Tompkins wants a legal order to say she can live in the flash pad.
According to reports Shaniqua already receives maintenance allowance from 50 Cent. So far the rappers spokesman has not commented on the allegations.
