50 Cent Says Bulletproof SUV Saved Him In Car Crash
Fiddy has opened up to MTV News about his recent accident...
50 Centhas broken his silence regarding his recent car crash, stating he believes he only suffered minor injuries thanks to his bulletproof vehicle.
As we previously reported, the Baby By Me rapper's SUV was hit from behind by a Mack truck while travelling on the Long Island Expressway in New York last Tuesday (26th June).
Fiddy was later taken to hospital where he received treatment for minor neck and back injuries.
The In Da Club hitmaker has since discussed his accident with MTV News, revealing: "He tried to brake, his load shifted and he lost control and he ran into the back of [my] truck.
"It did more damage to the Mack Truck than it did to my truck, because I've got a level six - it's a bulletproof vehicle. It's the same standard as what they're moving Obama around in."
He went on to deny allegations that the accident was staged to generate publicity ahead of the release of his new LP, Five (Murder by Numbers).
Fiddy - real name Curtis Jackson - added: "Trust me, I have enough money to not hit myself with a Mack Truck to try to get a few dollars. What's the thought process on this? It makes no sense to me."
