A$AP Rocky Keen For Jessie Ware Collaboration
Rapper says he badly wants to make music with the Running singer...
A$AP Rockyhas confessed he's eyeing up the possibility of recording a collaboration with Jessie Ware.
The Rihanna on her Diamonds world tour this year - claims that Jessie is the next British artist who he wants to hit the studio with after previously working with Florence Welch on album track, I Come Apart.
Speaking of Ware during an interview with BBC Newsbeat, he revealed: "I knew about her since last summer. I'm working with her, I'm going to work with her. I want to bad."
It seems Jessie is one of the lucky few who A$AP would be prepared to make music with, after he previously told MTV News: "I look at it like anybody can collab with each other but it has to be right. You can’t just force it.
"Where I’m at at this time, I could probably work with anybody I could request to or wish to. It’s not about that. It’s really about working with people who fit your criteria, not only that, but compatible to you in some type of way.
"Whether it’s their charisma, their technique, their style, anything. I look at all that before I work with somebody. That’s why I don’t just work with any artist.”
Rocky's debut LP Long.Live.A$AP is currently on course to top the US album chart this week, while in the UK, the disc looks likely to enter the album countdown at No.6.
