Former Geordie Shore lad Aaron Chalmers hilariously defended his choice of footwear after posting an Instagram photo in his slippers.

The lad has no time for anyone who doesn't want him to live his best (and most comfortable) life.

Aaron was dressed head to toe in cosy clothes as he showed off his watch, even forewarning people in the caption, which began: "Chilling in me slippers."

But one troll had a massive issue with Aaron's grandad slip-ons.

"Love that outfit mate but what the f*ck are those on ur feet," they wrote alongside some pretty angry emojis.

Um, it's a little thing called comfort sweetie, ever heard of it?

Aaron felt compelled to write back since they clearly need to wake up to the life of cosiness.

"The comfy grandad slippers we all have them [sic]," he replied. You tell 'em.
