It seems Adam Levine suffered a minorinjury after almost being strangled by a fan on stage earlier this week.

As we previously reported, the Maroon 5 frontman found himself in an awkward confrontation with a female fan when she stormed the stage and tried to wrap her arms around his neck.

[related]After appearing visibly shaken from the ambush, Levine has since revealed that the unidentified woman actually CUT his ear.

Addressing fans after the incident, the 36-year old stated: “That was f****** weird, right? She cut my ear with her fingernail.”

He also went on to brand the stage invasion “super terrifying”.
