Adele 2015 World Tour Rumour Denied By Label Executive

It seems the Skyfall singer will not be hitting the road next year after all...

Adele will not be setting out a world tour next year despite reports, according to a senior executive at her record label.

On July 15, a message posted on the World Music Awards' official Twitter claimed that the Someone Like You star was planning to hit the road in support of her third album, writing: "#adele confirms 2015 Tour After The Release Of Her New Album '25'!"

[related]However, Martin Mills - chairmanof Beggars Group, which owns Adele's label XL - as since stated to Billboard that there was "no truth" in the rumours.

The 26-year old previously teased her forthcoming album on Twitter in May, posting a snap of herself along with the comment: "Bye bye 25... See you again later in the year x."

She has been busy working on her third LP with OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder, with the star previously stating that Adele is "sounding even better than ever" on the record.
