Pop phenomenon Adele has been presented with an MBE by the Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace.
The Skyfall singer, 25, was handed the honour for her services to music - and posed with the medal for photographers afterwards.
Londoner Adele has smashed chart records with both her albums - 19 and 21 - and [uuid=d56a526c-e92a-4146-ad96-8e9142a383ed]this year won an Oscar[/uuid] for her theme song on the most-recent James Bond movie.
She did not speak to the press as she collected her honour.
