Adele has equaled Madonna's album chart record after The Strokes,Jessie Jand Ronan Keating's new album completing the top five.
The East London songstress also returned to the No.1 spot in the official singles chart with Nicole Scherzinger's track, Black Eyed Peas, The Wantedand Jessie J round off the UK's favourite five singles, with the highest new entry being Peter Kay and Susan Boyle's Comic Relief duet of I Know Him So Well entering the countdown at No.11.
