Even actual Adele couldn't avoid the devastating news that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are splitting yesterday, as she addressed the touchy subject at her concert.

Performing at Madison Square Garden last night, the Brit singer told the crowd:"I need to address the elephant in the room. But it's the end of an era."

This comes after yesterday's news that Brad and Angelina are getting a divorce due to 'irreconcilable differences', with Angelina hoping to get full physical custody of their six kids.
