Adele is reportedly returning to the studio to start work on her eagerly anticipated third album.
Just days after the star was rumoured to be making her live comeback at The Oscars next month, Adele - who has taken a break from her career after giving birth last October - could soon be back doing what she does best.
Heat magazine claims that the 24-year old's latest offering - the follow-up to her smash hit record 21 - could even be released by the end of 2013.
A source told the publication: "Adele is making a start on another album after going off the radar since giving birth,” heat magazine’s source reveals.
“Even though she’s been busy enjoying family life with Simon [Konecki, her partner] and the baby, she’s also been writing during her time off, so arrived at the studio ready to start working hard straight away."
They added: "The album could even be released later this year.”
Adele's new album will have a lot to live up to after 21 was recently revealed as the fourth biggest-selling UK record of all time, as well as being named as the biggest-selling UK album of the 21st century after shifting a cool 25 million copies worldwide.
