Adele To Finish World Tour In London With Two Massive Wembley Stadium Shows
Adele is coming back to London!
Adele has announced that she will close off her mammoth 100+ date world tour with two nights at Wembley Stadium.
The two shows will take place on Thursday 29th June and Saturday 1st July. With a capacity of over 90,000 people, it sets up the perfect way for Adele to close off a phenomenal stint of touring (107 shows in over 10 months). The two shows are even being billed by Adele’s camp as “The Finale”. It all feels a bit dramatic, doesn’t it?
Want to get tickets? Of course you do. Members of adele.com receive advance access to tickets beginning Wednesday 30th November at 10.00am GMT.
General tickets go on sale Friday 2nd December at 10.00am GMT.
There will be a strict four tickets per household limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased across all sales.
Until now, it was assumed that Adele had wrapped up her world tour in Phoenix, Arizona on Monday night. At that gig, the 'Hello' singer told the crowd “I’m going to have another baby.”
In other news, Adele’s gig in Mexico was interrupted by a show-invading bat, which elicited a hilarious and – yes, you guessed it, sweary (“Oh, my God, it’s a f*cking bat!”) – reaction from the Tottenham-born superstar. Watch that here.
