Adele's '21' Is The Biggest-Selling Album Of The MILLENNIUM
Granted, there's been only 15 years of it so far but that's BIG...
Adele officially rules the world with 21 being named the biggest-selling artist album of the millennium to date.
Our friends over at the Official Charts Company have totted up the figures and can reveal that the 'Someone Like You' singer-songwriter has sold almost 4,740,000 copies of her second studio album in the UK to date...well over a million copies clear of her nearest rival...
Elsewhere in the Top 50, Take That and Robbie Williams tie for the most entries with four apiece and only two albums in the list were released before the year 2000 - David Gray's White Ladder (8) and ABBA's Gold - Greatest Hits (19).
