No New Adele Album This Year, Confirms Record Label
Adele's record label has confirmed that the songstress will NOT release her new album this year.
After much speculation, XL Recordings has stated that there are no plans for the Rolling In The Deep singer to release her third studio LP before the end of 2014, adding that its annual profits will take a hit by the decision.
[related]In a statement obtained by the New York Times, the a rep for XL said: "There will not be a further new release by Adele during 2014 and consequently there will be a fall in XL's turnover and profits."
Adele previously hinted in a cryptic Twitter post that her new album would be released in 2014, posting a snap of herself along with the caption: "Bye bye 25... See you again later in the year x."

The 26-year old's new album will follow her hugely successful sophomore record 21, which has shifted over 30million copies worldwide.
