Slash: "Adele Is A Shot In The Arm For Music Industry"

Rocker Slash has praisedAdele, branding the singer "a shot in the arm" for the music business.

During an interview with Guns N' Rosesstar added: "Like Amy Winehouse, she's organic and real. It's great to have that happen at this moment when everybody else is so synthetic."

Earlier this week, Adele confirmed speculation that she has recorded the theme tune for the new James Bond flick Skyfall, with a preview of the song emerging online.

The full track - which the 24-year old wrote with producer Paul Epworth - is due to premiere in full on Friday, 5th October.
