These Albums Are Officially The Biggest Of 2015

After just six weeks on sale, Adele's 25 has been officially named the biggest artist album of 2015! Bow. Down.
The Official Charts Company today revealed that since its release in November the 'Hello' superstar's third studio album has sold a HUGE 2.496 million copies - no surprise after the news that 25 became the biggest No.1 album in UK chart history after shifting 800,307 copies in its first week alone.
In second place is Ed Sheeran who's X, even though being released in June 2014, returned to No.1 following his three-night run at Wembley Stadium and remained in the chart for basically just being an all-round amazing LP. It finished 2015 with 971,000 combined sales.
Sam Smith's In The Lonely Hour takes third place with 893,000 sales, Elvis Presley's posthumous LP If I Can Dream finished in fourth with 881,000 sales and Justin Bieber's Purpose takes fifth place with 645,000 sales.
