Brazilian-born rapper Aggro Santos will stand trial after pleading not guilty to two separate counts of rape.
Back in September last year, the Girls Aloudstar Kimberley Walsh, wore a black shirt, white tie and waistcoat for the court appearance.
Another man, Tyrelle Ritchie, also faces one count of rape in Chichester on the same day as Santos' alleged offence.
Both the 2010 I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! contestant and Ritchie's trial will commence on 13th August and until then, the pair have been given conditional bail.
