Alex Reid is reported to have got in hot water with his pregnant fiancé Chantelle Houghton after sending private Twitter messages to the winner of his soon-to-be-ex-wife Katie Price's reality show.

Cage fighter andformer CBB winner Alexmade contact with 19-year-old Signed By Katie Price winner Amy Willerton via the social networking site - and seven-months pregnant Chantelle is reported to have been devastated when she found out.

A source told The People newspaper: "She's extremely upset. She's in tears. This is a horrible situation for her. She wants to know what the hell is going on."

A spokesman for Alex, 36, admitted that he had been messaging Amy but insisted there was no funny business.

The rep said: "Alex has thousands of followers on Twitter and is asked to follow lots of people. Any private message to Amy was entirely innocent."

Amy last week revealed that she had refused to sign a deal with Katie Price's management company despite winning - and claimed she wished that she had never done the show.

Alex and Chantelle have recently had to postpone their wedding plans because his divorce from Katie Price has been dragging on longer than expected.
