Johnny Depp Is Back In The New 'Alice Through The Looking Glass' Trailer And It's Even More Bonkers Than The First Film
Strap in for the maddest trailer of the day.
Disney has revealed a brand new trailer for long-awaited sequel Alice Through The Looking Glass, and brilliantly, it looks even more colourfully barmy than the first film!
Mia Wasikowska is back as Alice, who manages to slip out of the clutches of a mental institution (oh, haaaaay Moriarty!) in order to return to the weird and wonderful world of Underland. Turns out her old squad need her help, with Sacha Baron Cohen’s villainous Time cooking up a plot that puts the Mad Hatter and co. in desperate trouble…
Check out the new trailer below…
We didn’t think it was possible to top the last film for eye-popping visuals but new director James Bobin has pulled it off and then some… Meanwhile, Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter look like they’re having a ball trying to out-crazy each other, while P!nk does a killer cover of White Rabbit for the soundtrack. All in all, it looks pretty great, doesn’t it?
Co-starring Anne Hathaway and Rhys Ifans and featuring the voices of Alan Rickman, Stephen Fry and Michael Sheen, Alice Through The Looking Glass will open in cinemas on May 27 2016.
