Amber Heard Bemoans Poor Female Movie Roles
Actress says Hollywood is heavily biased in favour of male parts...
Amber Heard has hit out at the poor choice of roles available to women in the movie industry.
The model-turned-actress has given an interview toJohnny Depp, also confessed that she doesn't enjoy life as a celeb - and finds it difficult to deal with the paparazzi.
"It's hard because I was brought up to always be polite and respectful, when someone shouts your name – you turn around.
"It took me a very long time to overcome the cordial instinct, the polite, human instinct to smile and say thank you when someone compliments you, but then they get their picture, which is annoying."
The full interview appears in the December issue of Company (on sale 13 November). It is also available in digital edition on Apple Newsstand
