Following rumours that she will be replacing Mariah Careyon the next series of the hit Fox talent show, J.Lo told TV Guide that while she may like a comeback, she's not sure if she can commit full-time.
Speaking of Idol, the Dance Again hitmaker - who returned to the show to perform on the finale last night (May 16) - explained: 'I don't know! When I say, 'I don't know,' people think, 'Oh, she's playing a game.' I'm not.
"If it became really real where I had to make a decision, I would have to sit down and really weigh out the options of what my life looks like in the next year to see if I would sign.
"Because it does take up a lot of time, and I do have a lot of other things going on that I'm super excited about. So we'll see."
It is currently unknown whether Mariah, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban will return to the Idol judging panel next year - with Randy Jackson already confirming his departure.
