Jennifer Lopez will not be returning to the American Idoljudging panel next year, it has been claimed.
The pop star was rumoured to be in talks with execs on the show after Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Randy Jackson all [uuid=171c3ca9-8374-403e-a704-8a20f7c03009]departed from the panel[/uuid] after the recent series finale.
But now a source has told E! News: "It's not happening."
Although J-Lo herself was slightly less emphatic when speaking to Idol host Ryan Seacrest in an interview this week.
She said: "I don't know what's happening over there.
"I don't know. We will see. I'm always open to the infinite possibilities that the universe has to offer. So you never know."
