American Idolwinner Phillip Phillips' family pawn shop has reportedly been targeted by burglars.
According to TMZ, the store in Georgia - which is run by Phillips' parents - was robbed last night (12th June).
Insiders have told the website that around $4,000 worth of merchandise was stolen, as well as the entire cash register.
25 police officers are thought to have arrived at the scene after the robbery was reported, but no arrests have been made.
The 21-year old singer and his folks were in California when the theft happened as Phillips recovers from his recent kidney surgery.
As we previously reported, the Idol champ went under the knife to remove kidney stones on Monday (11th June), with Phillips telling E! News after the procedure: "I'm out of the hospital and back to work. Looking forward to the future."
