This photo is believed to be one of the last pictures of Amy Winehouse before her tragic death on Saturday.

In the photo, taken July 20th 2011, the Back to Black singer poses with 16-year-old Hannah Hardman.

The snap was taken at an after party following a performance by Amy's goddaughter Dionne Bromfield, at the Roundhouse in Camden, whereAmy surprised fans by joining Dionne on stage as she sang her hit song Mama Said.

Following the performance Hannah and her friend attended the after party and asked Amy for a pic, who, describes Hannah, was 'really sweet' and more than happy to oblige.

Amy's funeral took place last Tuesday, where Father Mitch ended the touching tribute with the words: "Goodnight, my angel, sleep tight. Mummy and Daddy love you ever so much."
