Steve Carell Talks 'Anchorman 2' Brick Romance

In the first full trailer for the sequel, which was revealed last week, Brick shares an encounter with Wiig’s as yet unnamed character who shares a striking resemblance to the loveably simple weatherman.

 

Speaking exclusively to MTV News UK the Despicable Me 2 star revealed: “Let’s just say there are some sparks that ignite between those two characters. I won’t tell you anymore than that but…they’re two people who kind of find each other at some point.”

 

 

While we couldn’t draw any more information about the Channel 4 News Team’s forthcoming adventures from him we did use the opportunity to ask one of the movie world’s biggest debates…who’d win out of a fight between Brick and a Minion from Despicable Me?

 

“Brick is pretty formidable, you know,” he began. “I wouldn’t wanna see that fight because that would be just sad to see a Minion skewered with a trident but I’d have to say Brick. Brick would probably win most fights with anyone…”
