Ant & Dec Give Proceeds of Single To Charity

Pair pledge money from 'Let's Get Ready To Rumble' to children's charity...

TV hosts And and Dec have announced they will give the money made from ‘Let’s Get Ready To Rumble’ to charity.

The duo performed their 1994 hit on their Saturday Night Takeaway at the weekend, and it has since rocketed up the download chart and could hit the number one spot.
The Geordie duo announced they would donate any money they make to children’s charity Childline.
Speaking on BBC Radio 2 they said: “At the end of the show we do a bit of a performance, we were looking for one this week and we were talking about The Big Reunion and how we're big fans.
“The producers said we should get them on and do PJ & Duncan at the end of it.”
The pair said they’d been taken by surprise the reaction to the performance:
“We were never thinking it would lead to anything or anyone would buy the record or anything. The last few days have been bewildering.
“People are still buying the track, so we've just decided that any money we make out of it will be put towards Childline, as we're patrons of that.”
