The First Ever Female-Titled Marvel Movie Has Just Been Announced
Ant-Man 2 CONFIRMED.
Marvel just announced the FIRST EVER Marvel Universe movie with a FEMALE superhero in the title!
And what makes the news even more exciting is that it will be the ANT-MAN SEQUEL.
The sequel to this summer's Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lily-starring Marvel movie will be titled Ant-Man And The Wasp and ill hit cinemas on July 6 2018.
Fans of the first movie will know that Evangeline Lily a Hope van Dyne, daughter of original Ant-Man Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) to take over her mother's mantle of the the original Wasp.
At the end of Ant-Man, we were treated to a post-credits sequence of Hope receiving the superhero costume - and we CANNOT WAIT to see her in action in a Wasp headlined movie!
Meanwhile, Marvel have also announced that there will be there will be THREE MORE Marvel movies released in 2020, with their titles still to be confirmed.
So the superhero blockbuster is not going away ANY TIME SOON. Erm, HOW OLD will we be in 2020? Eek!
