Three More Stars Exit Ant-Man Movie
The upcoming Marvel Studios movie faces more changes...
Actors Patrick Wilson, Kevin Weisman and Matt Gerald are the latest to depart from the Ant-Man movie.
Deadline reports that The Conjuring star Wilson left the project due to scheduling conflicts because of delays in the production of the movie.
Weisman and Gerald's characters have reportedly been cut in the re-versioned script.
The trio are the latest departures from the Marvel Studios blockbuster, as it was announced that original director Edgar Wright left the project in May.
The studios revealed that Wright exited the project "due to differences in their versions of the movie", with Peyton Reed taking up the post as his replacement.
Paul Rudd is set to take up the lead role of Scott Lang, with Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll and Michael Peña also starring in the movie adaptation of the comic.
Ant-Man is scheduled to open on 17 July 2015.
