Ariana Grande Covers One Of Her Pete Davidson Inspired Tattoos
No more tears left to cry.
Now that the ‘God Is A Woman’ singer and Saturday Night Live comedian have split, they are both going through the stages of covering up the tatts they got to celebrate their whirlwind romance.
Ari took to the stage during her Wicked appearance with a bandage around the finger where she had ‘Pete’ tattooed, and now she’s gone a step further, to put the relationship behind her, by covering up her Pete-inspired ‘Reborn’ tattoo with a small leaf.
The tattoo was originally intended to be a nod to Kid Cud, who is supposedly an artist Pete likes, and he even got a version of the same tattoo himself.
This comes after Pete mentioned his array of Ariana-related tattoo’s on SNL, saying: “So, obviously you know I, we [Ariana and I] broke up or whatever but when me and her first got engaged we got tattoos.”
"Um, I've been covering a bunch of tattoos, that's fun," he added.
Ari hasn’t spoken about the split publicly as of yet, but she did post on her Instagram Stories, writing that she was “tryin very hard to keep goin [sic].”
However they decide to put the past behind them in order to heal, and move forward, is their personal choice. Covering tattoos seems to be working for them.
