Ariana Grande Kisses Her Cousin And Makes The Ultimate Mean Girls Reference

Ariana Grande has proved that she’s a huge Mean Girls fan after kissing her cousin in order to make a 10/10 reference to the movie.

The singer has been enjoying a bit of downtime with her nearest and dearest recently, sharing several snaps of herself, cousin Courtney Chipolone, and friend Alexa Luria enjoying a casual girls’ night in.

In the above picture, Ari can be seen puckering up to her cousin, referencing that iconic scene when Karen tries to justify her feelings for character Seth Mosakowski.

"Yeah, but he's my first cousin," she says in the movie. "So, you have your cousins, and then you have your first cousins, and then you have your second cousins..." Gretchen corrects her with the response: "No, honey, uh-uh... That is so not right."

Several other pictures soon hit Ari’s social-media accounts, with one reading: 'Wuld u like us to assign someone to butter your muffin?” while a third featured a shot of Alexa with the caption: “'I’m on an all carb diet GOD KAREN U ARE SO STooPID.”

All these Mean Girls references had some fans thinking that Ari might have a video idea tucked up her sleeve, emphasised when she took to Instagram Stories to hint that some “tea” had been spilled about a future project. 

And proving that friendship is the strongest substance on Earth, pals Victoria Monet and Tayla Parx recently threw a post-split surprise party for Ariana that she went on to describe as "the nicest thing anyone’s ever done for me."
