Ariana Grande Takes Social Media Hiatus To Be A “Vessel Of Love” After Pete Davidson Split
Positivity is key.
Ariana Grande is taking another hiatus from social media after news of her engagement with Pete Davidson being called off breaks the internet.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the singer let her fans know how she’s getting on after taking part in NBC’s A Very Wicked Halloween alongside Broadway star Idina Menzel.
"Ok today was v special and i'm so grateful i was able to be there [sic]," she typed about her day taping the NBC special.
The singer also touches upon the end of her whirlwind romance with the Saturday Night Live comedian, saying: “Time to say bye bye to the internet for just a lil bit. it's hard not to bump news n stuff that i'm not tryna to see rn [sic].”
“It’s very sad and we're all tryin very hard to keep goin. love u. and thank u for bein here always," her post continues.
In a now deleted post talking about the TV special, she also briefly describes her feelings rn and where her heart’s at, writing: “Can't believe I almost let my anxiety ruin this for me today!! Not today satan! Not tomorrow or the next day either not no more u can suck my big green d**k. finna sing my heart out and be a big walking vessel of love bye [sic].”
Ari hasn’t said when she’ll be returning to the world wide web, but a break from the cruelty of the internet does everyone some good.
Hopefully she’ll get that “one okay day” soon.
