Ariana Grande has given MTV an exclusive insight into her forthcoming album My Everythingrunning through the LP track by track!

In particular the Break Free singer noted how her Harry Styles penned track A Little Bit Of Your Heart came about...

"He was just visiting the studio and (producers) Savan (Kotecha) and Johan (Carlsson) were like 'Hey do you wanna write a song for Ariana?' and he was like 'Oh sure!'

"He went into the other room and they were writing for a while and I remember when I heard it I was like 'Wow that's a really strong verse, that's really beautiful' and then the pre, I was like 'wow that's a really beautiful pre, that's a really strong pre!' and then the chorus I was like crying! So it's great.I'm really excited, obviously for his fans to hear it as well 'cause they were very excited when they heard (about it)."

As well as her chart-topping hit Problem with Iggy Azalea, her second studio album also features collaborations with Ryan Tedder, The Weeknd, Childish Gambino, Cashemere Cat, Big Sean, A$AP Ferg and dance producer Zedd.

Speaking of her track with the Russian-born DJ she said it was "an amazing experience because it was my first time ever doing anything so dancey before and I loveddoing that."

She added:"I definitely wanna do more songs that are like dancier, poppier or clubbier or EDM-based. I never thought I would say those words but I love it and it makes me so happy."

Ariana also revealed her love for her "favourite song on the album" Best Mistake: "I did (Best Mistake) with one of my greatest friends in the world Big Sean. I just think the world of him and I'm obsessed with his writing on this song in particular.

"I'm a huge fan of his in general but I feel like his writing on this song is so, so fantastic, it like strikes a chord in my heart. I love it so much."
