One Love Manchester was the standout musical event of 2017. No one would have blamed Ariana Grande if she had cancelled her tour after the bombing at her concert last May but insteadshe honoured the victims of the attack with an unforgettable show.

Yesterday, Ariana's manager, Scooter Braun, opened up about Ariana's strength, the attack and organising One Love.

Speaking to Cal Fussman as a guest on Big Questions, Scooter said: "The terrorist made the mistake. They picked the wrong goddamnshow, 'cause if they thought that we were gonna roll over, they don't know Ariana and they sure as hell don't know me."

He then added: "When [Ariana] found out that fans of hers had died, she was so sad. I mean she cried for days. She felt every pain, every face that they announced, every name. She wore it on her sleeve, every bit of emotion because that's who she is."

"She was suffering from trauma, she's like 'I can never sing these songs again, I can't put on these costumes.'"

Scooter also went on to reveal: "I went through the process of cancelling the entire tour and ourinsurance brokers, Lloyd's of London, 100 percent agreed with her, 'whatever she wants we'll pay you for the entire tour, she doesn't have to do anything'".

He said: "By the time I landed back in LA, I had received 16 text messages from her and she's saying 'call me, I've been thinking'. I call her, she said: "Scooter, if I don't do something, I'm not the person that I say I was and these people died in vain."'

What a selfless superstar. Scooter also mentioned that "For a little tiny Italian girl, [Ariana] is tough as nails."

Seriously, it's not even been a year and we are still in awe of Ariana's kindness and generosity.

Few peoplecould have handled a travesty so big with such bravery. We are not worthy of her.
