We got festive last night with Boyzone, The Saturdays and Scouting For Girls

MTV News hit the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball last night and feeling a bit festive we thought it would be good to ask the artists attending what they were buying each other for Christmas.

Boyzone- who reformed this year- are capping off a great 2008 by spending a little extra revealed Steven Gately.

He told our man Rickie: "We have done a secret Santa and we are going all out this year- our limit is a 1000!"

Boyzones extravagance made certain other pop acts look like right scrooges. Girl band The Saturdays (pictured above) are also doing a 'secret Santa' and told MTV news our limit is 5.

Alphabeat dampened the Christmas spirit even further saying: "I dont think we are going to bother this year, we are all skint."

Whilst Roy from Scouting For Girls admitted: "We're not going to buy each other anything, we dont even get each other cards."
