After Fridays siege and her subsequent hospitalisation shes now holed up in Hollywood with new man Adnan Ghalib.

Reports say hes now comforting her despite previously being one of the paparazzi gang hounding her.

According to The Sun Brit told her family: Hes my only friend in the world.

A source told them: Her family are astonished a photographer is the person Britney turns to when she needs to step out of the media storm.
