Chris Brown Wants Rihanna Court Case Delayed

Chris Brown’s lawyer wants his assault court case delayed so he has more time to access Police records.

 

The Forever singer is due in the dock on June 22 to answer charges of assault against his ex-girlfriend Rihanna- whose real name is Robyn Fenty.

 

It is the second time that the star’s lawyer Mark Geragos has sought to postpone the preliminary hearing.

 

The charges relate to an incident between the two stars in February after a pre-Grammy party.

 

Images later appeared on the internet showing Rihanna’s face bruised. The Umbrella singer has already been called to appear as a witness in the trial.
