French DJ David Guetta has scored his first number one single in the UK with the storming dancefloor hit ‘When Love Takes Over’.
The Paris-born artist's collaboration with US R&B singer Kelly Rowland climbed six places to replace 18 year-old pop-princess Pixie Lott at the top of the charts after just one week.

Lott's ‘Mama Do’ slipped to second, pushing Black Eyed Peas' ‘Boom Boom Pow’ into third place.
In a little-changed top 10, the highest climber was Take That with ‘Said It All’, which rose to number nine from 48th last week.
Kasabian spent another week at the top of the album chart with their concept album ‘West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum’.
