DMX Arrested Again!

The US rapper is arrested for the third time in three months...

DMX has been arrested in the states once again, this time over suspicion he gave a false name to avoid paying hospital expenses.

It is claimed that the rapper, real name Earl Simmons, gave the false name of Troy Jones during a visit to the Mayo Clinic in Arizona.

Police officials in Phoenix also said that the rapper, who was arrested on Saturday in a shopping centre, had failed to pay a $7,500 medical bill in April.

Last month DMX was arrested for driving offences in Miami for driving without a valid driver's licence.

The month before that DMX was arrested in Arizona for allegedly driving his Chevy at over 100MPH whilst his licence was suspended.

In the same month he was arrested for animal cruelty and felony drug possession charges for which he pleaded not guilty in court.

In January the rapper was forced to pay the mother of his child $1 million dollars in punitive damages and $518,000 in compensatory damages for defamatory remarks he made in Sister 2 Sister magazine.
