Drawn & Quartered

Drawn and Quartered is a death metal band from Seattle. Their sound is heavily inspired by such death metal bands as Morbid Angel, Obituary, Immolation, Nile, and Suffocation. Originally formed in 1992 as Plague Bearer. After several lineup changes, they changed their name to Drawn and Quartered in 1996, when they recorded a self-titled demo. Signing with Moribund Records, D&Q released their debut full-length album, To Kill is Human, in 1999. At first the album was self-released, but they were soon signed to Moribund Records, who then increased the publicity of the album and band.
