Eminem Sued Over Assault

Slim Shady has had a lawsuit filed against him by a man who says that he was assaulted by the rapper two years ago.
Miad Jarbou is seeking over $25,000 in damages after claiming that he was punched by Eminem in the toilet of Cheetahs strip club in Detroit, Michigan in July 2006.
Marshall Mathers spokesperson has yet to comment on the allegations and the MC was not charged around the time that the altercation is reported to have occurred.
Jarbou explained that he has "undergone physical pain and suffering, emotional distress, ongoing serious injuries requiring medical treatment due to the incident.
The Club is on the now famous 8 Mile strip that is documented in Eminems 2002 film of the same name.
