Foxy brown has avoided another spell in prison for attacking her neighbour with a phone!

She was found guilty by a judge of hitting Arlene Raymond in July with her Blackberry last year after a row about loud music.

Rapper Foxy was only released from prison in April after serving eight months for a separate assault.

Brown pleaded guilty on the mobile-related charge which meant she was not given a jail term. Instead the New Yorker had to write a letter of apology.
