Johnny Depp, Leonardo DiCaprio and George Clooney are reportedly in the frame to play Frank Sinatra in a new biopic of his life.
Legendary director Martin Scorsese is set to start filming the movie next year and has yet to cast an actor to play the legendary crooner.
The A-listers are the prime candidates to take the role. Leo has worked with Scorsese many times on movies including Gangs Of New York and the forthcoming Shutter Island.
Meanwhile Clooney is apparently wanted by Ol’ Blue Eyes’ daughter Tina- who is serving as an exec-producer on the flick.
And according to reports Johnny Depp also wants the job of playing Sinatra.
Whoever does win the role though will not have to sing as film bosses have secured the rights to Frank’s own classic recordings.
We look forward to seeing the results!
