Macaco Bong

Macaco Bong (Monkey Bong) is a Brazilian instrumental power trio that formed in 2004 on Cuiabá (MT). It sounds bases on the desconstruction of pop music arrangements allied to the language of traditional brazilian music with jazz/fusion etc. The band's first full lenght album "Artista Igual Pedreiro" was chosen Rolling Stone Brasil's best of 2008. They have released an EP, "Objeto Perdido" (2007), the full lenght "Artista Igual Pedreiro" (2008), available for download for free, and a new EP "Verdão e Verdinho" (2011).
