The boxed, ahem, Purple Penetrator was in a bag carried by the Queen Of Pop who was giggling while the paps took pictures.

The couple had been partying at film director Ritchies 39th birthday bash at Londons Claridges.

Wed love to know whether the present was his or Madonnas!
