Yes, shes a fan of the Essex town

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have spoken about Harlow- but not the town in Essex- their baby daughter! Ah!

In an interview with People Magazine the former star of The Simple Life couldnt stop raving about her 9 month old child- even telling the writer that she records her every smile in a diary.

She said: Harlow's a delicate soul. She studies people. She's very coy. People say that she and I make the same expressions. But everyone says she looks like Joel."

Good Charlotte man Madden meanwhile described his missus as the best mum Ive ever seen, adding: "Nicole is completely dedicated. I do whatever she tells me to do. I'm cool with that. When asked about having more kids Joel said: "If it could be as easy as Harlow, sure."

When asked about marrying her man Nicole (daughter of legend Lionel) told the magazine: "When we get married, everyone will know. It will happen when it happens."
