Andre 3000 Sued For $2M

Its claimed the Outkast man copied his cartoon from someone else

Andre 3000 is being sued for $2 Million by a man who claims the singer stole the idea for his cartoon Class Of 3000.

Postman Timothy McGee reportedly says the Cartoon Network show had the same "characters, artwork, storylines [and] concepts" as a show he developed.

Outkast man Andre's ( show debuted on US TV in late 2006 but McGee claims he pitched a similar cartoon to channel bosses back in 1997. Cartoon Network and its parent company Turner Broadcasting are also being sued in the lawsuit.

Andre 3000 (pictured above with his band mate) recently launched a clothing line which is available at Harrods in the UK.

According to his Outkast partner Big Boi the pair will release a new album in 2009 as well as their own solo projects.
